We are the horMONES!

We're the horMONES, an over-50s women's punk band from Oxford. We play loud, feminist punk.

We started in 2023. None of us had been in a band before. Since then we've released our first singles, played festivals, appeared on BBC Radio 4 and BBC 6 Music, and supported Supergrass and Happy Mondays. A documentary about us premieres in Oxford on 7 November 2026.
